TAXIDO

2026 rates. Seven countries.

01

Set aside the right share of every invoice. No bank login, no account.

Money arrives whole and some of it is already owed. Taxido works out how much, in seven tax systems, and tells you what to hold back today.

The calculator below is the same engine the app runs. It works here, in this page, with no server involved.

Every rate here has a document behind it.

There are no customer quotes on this page. The app has not shipped, so there are no customers, and an invented testimonial would be the first thing here that was not true. What can be checked today is where the numbers come from, so that is what is published instead.

Source of record, per country

United Kingdom HMRC rates and thresholds, tax year 2026/27 1 Sep 2026
Germany §32a EStG, Veranlagungszeitraum 2026; UStG §19 1 Sep 2026
Netherlands Belastingdienst box 1 tarieven 2026 1 Sep 2026
Türkiye 332 Seri No.lu GVGT; GVK m.94; GVK mük. m.20 1 Sep 2026
Australia ATO individual income tax rates and thresholds, 2026-27 1 Sep 2026
Spain Orden PJC/297/2026, bases de cotización RETA; escala general IRPF, art. 57 LIRPF 1 Sep 2026

Where two published sources disagreed, the conflict is recorded in the code beside the number rather than quietly resolved. The app carries the date its figures were last checked, and says so when that date is getting old.

03

The problem is not the tax. It is that the money is already spent.

An invoice lands and the whole figure hits the account. Nothing marks the share that belongs to the state, so it gets treated as income, because for a few months it looks exactly like income. The bill arrives later as a single number, and by then the money is in rent, stock, equipment and a quiet month.

Nobody can tell you what that costs you, because it depends on your year. You can work it out in about thirty seconds with your own figures in the calculator above. Take the amount it says you owe, and ask one question: is that sitting somewhere right now?

In the United States the self-employed pay both halves of a payroll tax that employees only ever see half of, on top of income tax, and it falls due four times a year rather than once. Every country on this page has its own version of that surprise.

04

A running total of what is not yours.

You log what you were paid. It keeps the figure current, all year, without connecting to anything.

What it does, and what that gets you
Set-aside figure One number at the top of the screen: what to move out of the account today.
The working, shown Every line of the calculation is visible, so an accountant can check it instead of redoing it.
Deadlines with dates The next payment and the day it is due in your country, rather than a generic reminder.
Statement import A CSV from your bank becomes entries you approve one at a time. Nothing is imported unseen.
Runs offline On a plane, on a bad connection, in a basement. There is no server to be unreachable.
Export, always Your entries come out as a file whenever you want, including if you stop paying.

THE FIGURE, ON OPENING
A list of logged payments and expenses, each with a date and an amount.
WHAT IT IS COUNTING
05

Three things, then it runs itself.

Setting it up
1 Pick your country and answer the few questions its tax office would ask.
2 Log a payment when one arrives, or import a statement and tick the rows that count.
3 Move the figure it gives you into a separate account.

There is no fourth step and no account to create. The app has never asked for an email address.

06

The questions that actually stop people.

Where does my financial data go?
Nowhere. It is written to your phone and stays there. There are no accounts, no servers of ours and no analytics. This page behaves the same way: what you type into the calculator is never sent anywhere, which you can confirm in your browser network tab.
Why do the alternatives want my bank login?
Because a live bank connection makes an app easier to use, and makes the data worth something. Taxido will offer bank connection later through a licensed provider, and it will stay optional. What is being built today reads a CSV you download yourself.
What does it cost?
Weekly, monthly or yearly, and the first week of whichever you pick is free. The year is much the cheapest: 39 US dollars, against 1.99 a week. Plus, which adds the country-specific guidance and statement import, is 69 a year. Before any of that there is a 21 day trial that takes no card at all, so nothing can be charged by accident. Warnings about deadlines, thresholds and risk are never behind either price.
Can I get my data out if I stop paying?
Yes, and it is not a feature that can be switched off. Export stays available whether or not you have paid, because figures you typed in by hand should not be held hostage.
Is this tax advice?
No. It is arithmetic done from published rates, and it shows every line of that arithmetic so it can be checked. Your situation may include things it does not model. It is built to make the conversation with an accountant shorter, not to replace one.
What happens when the rates change?
The app carries the date its figures were last verified, tells you when that date is getting old, and updates over the air without waiting for a store review.
Can a company use it, or only a freelancer?
Both. The calculation is driven by the questions your country rules actually turn on, so a small company answers a different set from a sole trader and gets a figure that reflects that.
07

Find out what you owe before the letter does.

The calculator is free and finished. The app is in build, and this page will say so until the day it is on the stores.
